A retirement plan represents a long-term commitment by any organization. As such, it needs to be well thought out, thoughtfully designed, and properly administered. Myriad laws, regulations and accounting requirements combine to create a complex environment for retirement plans.

We help clients to:
  • Address the complexity of retirement plans with our knowledge, insight, creativity and experience
  • Set objectives, define financial parameters, and refine expectations and then design and implement new plans or changes to existing plans, in accord with each client’s specific needs and circumstances
  • Work with the funding and accounting issues, and work with legal, financial, banking and accounting advisers to get the job done

We start by understanding the client’s financial, tax and accounting positions, as well as human resources concerns. Then we design a work plan and set a schedule at the beginning of each year to meet the client’s needs and avoid last-minute issues.

We manage the compliance calendar and prepare all required governmental filings and participant communications.
